The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) The complex consists of 3 adjacent luxury villas (each with independent entrances for added privacy). A few house rules: - The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom). - Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required). - Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. - Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. - Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements. The complex is composed of three adjacent 3-bedroom villas, connectect by a door in the garden.
