Villa Sendja is a house with a swimming pool that set in quiet housing complex by prioritizing your comfort we have provided everything you need to be able to relax and have fun while staying at our villa. The spacious stunning view and serene feel is our main theme, a beautiful and strategic area for several tourist attractions can be reached easily and many golf courses. The space Villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms fully air conditioned equipped with 4 bathroom, a toilet room in livingroom, spacious livingroom, dining room with fully kitchen utensil, and dining outdoor area next to swimming pool. - Accept 14 people and 18 people max - After you entrance to inside, all of place is private - Provided BBQ on gas grill - Private swimming pool - Outdoor dining area - 4 part cottages - Provided utensils in kitchen - Reschedule is 3 weeks before check-in Guest access Guest may use kitchen with cooking and eating utensils (gas stove, rice cooker, fridge and complete BBQ set with free 1 gallon water/day on dispenser. Other things to note Our listed rate include up to 12 guests, but we still accept until 18 person with additional charge Rp. 150.000/each additional guests/day on the property at any time, even if they don't spend the night. This rate applies for each guest start from 5 years and older, and have to be paid to the house manager upon arrival. infant under 5 years old do not count towards the total number of guests. The facilities are inadequate and are in the quite neighborhood. and also the sound will echo quite loudly when gathering outside the room at night. We request you to adhere to the quite hours for our neighborhood which are after 10 PM No drugs and Alcohol allowed! It is strictly forbidden to bring a loudspeaker Please leave your shoes at the door. Before coming into the villa, please towel your body and hair, dry and wipe your feet. Please do not sit on the sofas or bed if you are still wet from the pool or shower - there are towels available throughout the villa. Please DO NOT SMOKING inside the villa - there are several comfortable lounging areas outside for smoking. NO PET ALLOWED Please do not bring any food to bedrooms. This place is not for partying, for gathering please communicate with us before. We request you to adhere to the quite hours for our neighborhood.
