The house has a large, newly built terrace, where there is plenty of opportunity to catch the sun's rays and also has a lovely wilderness bath, which can be enjoyed all year round. In the garden, there is a trampoline for the children. Not far from the house, there is a large and fantastic playground. About 1 km to the nearest shopping and 1.5 km to a fantastic harbor area with city life and restaurants. The space The home is 78 m2 and consists of 3 rooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen/living room environment. In September 2023, a new, beautiful kitchen will be installed in the house, it will decorate and will provide more storage space for the tenants. Other things to note If you are interested, you can rent a bedding package. The package contains bed linen and sheets as well as a small and a large towel for each. In addition, there will be tea towels and dishcloths for the kitchen. The price for the rent is DKK 100 per person. It must be paid in cash on the spot, as you cannot book it via the website/app. Write to me if you are interested.
