This modern 3-room apartment sleeps 4 people centrally located in the northern part of the city of Hanover directly on the E-Damm. The E-Damm beckons with ample opportunities for eating and shopping as well as laundromats all within 1 to 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a new building and has underfloor heating, an elevator and a stylish design. Both bedrooms have a comfortable bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, each as box spring beds. The living area, including table and 8 chairs, invites you to relax with the comfortable sofa, a smart TV is available. High-speed WiFi & Netflix invite you to switch off after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven. Of course, there are plenty of kitchenware, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a modern Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules for our guests will of course be provided. To put the cups in the coffee machine, the lower part must be folded up. A wide selection of teas are also available. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower cabin.
