The apartment is situated on the first floor with its own private entrance. It has its own kitchenette and a private bathroom. Outside the windows there is a big mango tree that gives a nice shade. The building has three floors with one apartment on each level. There is a really short walk to the beach, like one block. It's close enough to go back to get your sunglasses or something in a moment but still enough to feel the privacy and tranquility from not being on the beach.
