The space La Casa del Lago, designed for couples or families, NO PARTIES, is located in a gated community on the outskirts of San Lucas Tolimán, the “Yacht Club”. It is a safe area, on the shores of the lake, paths between beautiful gardens, private beaches, living areas, an imposing lighthouse and docks on the lake. In the beach gardens, visitors can rest in folding chairs, sunbathe, or have a picnic. We provide everything for you to enjoy the lake, and watch the boats pass by, from small wooden cayucos with local fishermen to the classic shark boats prepared for passenger transport or large party boats called 'thermometers'. You can access La Casa del Lago by car to the door of the house, or by boat. There are rules of coexistence that must be respected, such as sound volume, use of common areas of beaches and gardens and docks to respect others. Guest access It's a place to rest and enjoy nature, the condominium's beautiful gardens, and water activities on the lake. You can hire tourist boat trips to visit picturesque villages around the lake. The nearest town (San Lucas Tolimán) is a 10-minute drive away, where there are grocery stores and restaurants. To use kayaks, you can access the lake at the private dock of the large house (next to the house for rent). The lake is accessed by private beaches and docks of the Yacht Club Condominium. Other things to note The Yacht Club has beautiful gardens, beaches, and docks; the Casa del Lago (small house) can use its own dock when the Casa del Lago Grande is unoccupied, or the private docks and beaches of the Yacht Club Condominium, respecting rules of use such as not using other people's property and things; Luis puts chairs, table, and umbrella on the beach if you wish. Given the nature and regulations of the Yacht Club, it is designed for couples or families who want to rest; not for parties, as music should be played at a moderate volume and only until midnight, especially on weekends. The condominium is regulated so that everyone can rest. If the owner misuses or does not respect the rules, he must pay a financial penalty that will be charged to the guest if this is the case.
