Inside the studio apartment, you will find two Queen Size beds (150 x 200 cm / 6.3 x 6.56 inches) and one Twin bed (90 x 190 cm / 2.95 x 6.3 inches). IMPORTANT: It is essential to note that this tourist apartment does not offer daily housekeeping or change of linens during your stay, as it is not a hotel. Guest access Guests will have access to the studio apartment through a secondary corridor located next to Casa Navegart. This access guarantees the privacy and comfort of our visitors, allowing them to enjoy their stay in a quiet and convenient way. Other things to note HOUSE RULES 1. Notify in advance of extra guests. 2. Please let us know in advance the check-in and check-out times of the studio. 3. Let's take care of the environment. If you're not there, turn off the air conditioning and lights. 4. Smoking is not allowed inside the room, smoking is only allowed on the apartment's terrace. 5. I understand you're coming on vacation, but it's a residential area and there are more people who like to rest. Out of respect for the other residents of the area, please try not to make loud noises after 10 pm. 6. There will be extra charges for any lost or broken items, damaged towels and sheets. We understand that accidents can happen, but we believe in the importance of being honest and taking responsibility for your actions. 7. Only changes to reservations made 15 days or more before the arrival date will be accepted. 8. Replacing lost keys will cost 50 USD. 9. There is no "late check-out" service. After 11:10 AM, a 15 USD charge will be made. If the loft is not empty by noon, you will be charged for the full night. All charges will be made through Airbnb. 10. Be careful with forgotten items after check-out as we are not liable for anything left in the property. 11. As this is a tourist apartment and not a hotel, we do not offer daily cleaning or change of bed linen during your stay. Don't forget that San Andrés has a tropical climate where in summer or rainy season it is quite common to find mosquitoes and ants inside the property regardless of whether we fumigate every 15 days to avoid pests. NOTE ABOUT ELECTRICITY. Being an island, there are occasional power outages. During your stay, the power may go out for short periods of half an hour sporadically and without warning (this usually happens once or twice a month). This is due to maintenance and updating of the island's electrical system. NOTE ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD. The neighborhood, located diagonally across from the main police station, offers a remarkably safe environment 24 hours a day.
