PLEASE READ: other details section to note for a noise update as of 2/19/2026 The space This 1917 home has been remodeled while leaving the the original hardwood floors intact. Just as wrinkles on a beloved face tell tales of laughter and wisdom, these floors share their own narrative. They bear witness to the joys, the laughter, and the quiet contemplations that have unfolded within these walls. Their gentle protests are a reminder that every creak is a mark of character, a testament to the enduring spirit of this cherished space. Our charming beach bungalow offers 400 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, full of character and cozy coastal touches. It’s the perfect little hideaway for guests who appreciate simplicity, style, and a relaxing seaside vibe. Guest access The house boasts its own autonomy and does not share any structural or functional components with another dwelling on the property. This stand-alone house offers a private and self-contained living experience, providing ample space and features characteristic of a single-family home. Other things to note Please note: As of February 19, 2026, the neighboring property is undergoing a full renovation. In accordance with the City’s noise ordinance construction can take place Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Guests may experience daytime construction noise during these permitted hours. This work is outside of our control, and by booking for dates after February 19, 2026, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of additional noise. We truly appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring you still have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There is not access to the garage, washer or dryer.
