Edwardian Town House: EV Charger, Garden & Cinema

Step into the charm of this thoughtfully renovated 1900s home, where mid-century style meets vibrant, colourful interiors and high-end finishes. Just a 10-minute walk from the heart of Frome, you’ll have easy access to all it has to offer. Enjoy lawn games in the sunny front garden, and a 100 inch home cinema – ideal for relaxed family time. The property includes private parking for one car and an EV charging point (available on request). Quiet hours from 10pm to 7pm. The space The ground floor comprises a well-equipped kitchen with a Bertazzoni gas cooker, dishwasher, filtered and boiling water tap and coffee-making facilities. Off the kitchen a cosy dining room with seating for 6 and plenty of games for the children, plus a sofa and Smart TV. The first floor has a king master bedroom. A newly renovated family bathroom with a walk-in shower and LED lighting, plus a separate WC, we provide Faith in Nature toiletries for your stay. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, hotel-quality linens and fluffy bath sheets. The upper floor has two double bedrooms with ample storage, bedroom 2 has limited headroom in places (please see photos). The property also features a cinema room on the top floor (next to the smallest bedroom) with a 100-inch screen, surround sound, and access to Netflix, BT Sport, and catch-up TV. Little Thorpe was once part of the Edwardian manor, Thorpe House, and has since been thoughtfully converted into a charming semi-detached property. Guest access Guest access is provided via a key safe; details will be sent 24 hours before check-in. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the cinema room. The garden, located at the front of the property, is large and for guest use only. One parking space is available for guests. Additional vehicles can be parked nearby in the no-through lane. An EV charger is available upon request; usage will be charged separately to the guest. Other things to note Parking & EV Charging The property includes private parking for one car. If you're bringing additional vehicles, there's a large free car park just a 3-minute walk away. We offer EV charging at 40p per kWh, available by request only. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to use it, and request access before each charging session. Garden & Child Safety The garden is located at the front of the property, so young children must be supervised at all times. Quiet Hours Out of respect for our neighbours, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
