Kitchen/Dining/Living: Villa Rosetta offers a brand new state of the art kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the comforts of your own kitchen. You will find everything you (or your private chef) needs to create incredible tropical meals. The outdoor gas BBQ is perfect for grilling the catch of the day or select cuts from the local butcher. Our indoor/outdoor living-room/dining-room allows guests to be comfortable no matter what the temperature is outside. Terrace/Pool: From the terrace and in the pool, guests can gaze across palm trees, the village of Sayulita, and glimpses of the Pacific Ocean. There is plenty of room and lounge chairs for everyone. The kitchen just a few steps away. The pool has a special shallow lounging area (6 inches) that is perfect for kids or reading a book. Bedrooms: A/C in EVERY bedroom. All bedrooms are “master” en-suite bedrooms and have king-size beds with luxury sheets, lots of pillows, spacious closets, and full bathrooms. There is a private balcony with ocean view from every bedroom. The largest of the three bedrooms has a bath tub. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with handpicked paintings and artwork from all over Mexico. You will love all of the bedrooms. (Two bedrooms have small couches that will easily accommodate a small child.) The fourth bedroom is actually a completely separate apartment with a full bedroom and small kitchen/dining area with an additional futon. This is a great option for families or friends traveling together. The Roof Top Terrace with jacuzzi tub: This area is perfect for morning coffee, yoga sessions, afternoon margaritas, or evening sunsets. Enjoy sweeping views of the ocean, village, and jungle of Punta Sayulita. Soak in the 6-person Dipping (pool) or make a drink at the bar with outdoor sink. Villa Rosetta is rented as a private home. The entire house is yours to enjoy privately. We live in the area and are available only if you need us. We have lived in Sayulita for over 15 years and are currently raising our two young children here. We love our town and love to share it with visitors. During your stay we are always available to offer our many years of experience in this beautiful town. We also have an amazing staff that have worked for us for years. Juan is the house handy man and gardener, he always has a smile on his face and is ready to help with anything you need. Luz, our housekeeper comes every day but Sunday to make sure the villa is clean and all of your needs are met. Location: Villa Rosetta has the perfect location. The villa is just over a block from the beach and two blocks to where the center of the village begins. Noise has never been an issue in the neighborhood except for an occasional rooster from time to time. When renting Villa Rosetta, there is really no need for a rental car, you are within an easy walk to everything you will need. What’s included: Staff service daily except for Sunday. . Beach chairs.
