The space This 3 floor lovely house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a beautiful dining room for 8 people, a living room with cozy furnitures, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare the dishes you love. The main bedroom has a balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. On the second floor there´s an incredible rooftop with dining room and lounge chairs to enjoy the breeze, the view and the sun. In the low level at the entrance you can enjoy the pool. The whole house has cute decorations giving you a feeling of joy. Guest access The guests can access to all the áreas of the property. Other things to note • This is a non-smoking property. All smoking is strictly prohibited in any area. • Drug use is prohibited. • Access to visitors during the day, night, or to spend the night is strictly prohibited. Penalties up to two times the value of the reservation will be applied. For the calculation of the penalty it will be considered the monthly average value per day by the days of the reservation, without considering special offer or any type of promotion. • Strict policy to respect the silence of other neighbors.
