The space The historic Palazzo dating back to the late 7th century, a special Tuscan residence, has been renovated with great elegance, attention to detail, and above all, in harmony with the philosophy and style of the house. On the fourth floor is the panoramic tower, from which you can enjoy an incredible 360-degree view over the entire Maremma to the sea. The three independent apartments all have access to the garden, barbecue area, and cellar. The cellar, with its spacious fireplace, invites you to wonderful festive moments. Each apartment is individually decorated and lovingly furnished. On approximately 100 square meters, there are two bedrooms, a modern and individually designed bathroom, and a large living-dining area, equipped for extensive cooking sessions. The tower room has a double bed and a pull-out couch. The directly connected bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and bidet. The heating and air conditioning facilities make the Palazzo an attractive destination for all months of the year. The massive Palazzo walls offer excellent insulation, so air conditioning is only present in the 3 main bedrooms. The swimming pool is directly in the village and can be reached in five minutes on foot. Guest access The garden with barbecue area and a stylish communal cantina are available to all guests. On the outskirts of the village, there is an outdoor swimming pool which - it should be mentioned - enjoys a unique position among the mountain villages of Maremma, offering views over the hilly landscape.
