Coral Estate Resort is an exclusive resort in the middle of 400 hectares of unspoiled nature and directly located at a three-kilometer long coastal strip at the Caribbean Sea. It also has several facilities such as two restaurants, a spa and a diving school. The space The villa is a modern styled open space. On two stores you will find shady areas to rest and relax next to the pool with comfortable loungers. The gorgeous view over the Caribbean Sea invites you to linger on the terrace or in the infinity pool. Guest access The villa will be rented out exclusively to you. Other things to note Our rate includes WiFi. Please note that utility charges may vary depending on your booking terms. Bookings before May 7th 2025 pay the actual usage of their stay at $ 0.55 per kWh. Bookings after May 7th 2025 have an average utility usage of $ 25,- included in the nightly rate. NOOM B.V. has a no pet policy, unless specifically noted in your reservation. 4. Renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 5. No (shisha) smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 6. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. 7. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. After that (unless stated otherwise in the home description and unit-specific terms), if you cancel 30 or more days before the first night of your reservation, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee.
