Thank you! Our Laiya beach home is designed with simple and elegant tropical setting. Most of our guests enjoy our open floor plan that connects the 2 living areas, kitchen and dining area with full AC and allows families and friends to relax and get together without feeling crowded. From the main living room, guests can watch family and friends enjoying the outdoor pools through the floor-to-ceiling glass wall. Our beach house is also designed to be accessible to guests using wheelchairs - we have step-free main door entrance, ramp-free side pathway from driveway to entrance and our 1st floor flex-room with wide door for guests who can’t use the stairs. *maximum of 2 small pets are allowed for extra fee of P500/pet We have a large adult pool (5 feet deep) plus a kiddie pool (3 feet deep) with fun lights best for night swimming. We also have a sunken pit next to the kiddie pool for hanging-out, playing guitar or star-gazing at night. We have two spacious living areas for our guests to share endless chats or enjoy ‘videoke nights’. The open kitchen and dining area offers a full range of amenities: - Full size refrigerator - Large kitchen island with complete set of dinnerware, glassware, silverware and kitchen utensils - Stove top burner plus large rice cooker - Large microwave oven - Water dispenser for hot and cold water (with free complimentary drinking water) - Dining table plus an extra outdoor dining space by the pool patio We have a covered outdoor kitchen area with stove burner and large grill perfect for grilling fish, meat and veggies. The four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are kept simple, open and spacious. On the 2nd floor, each of the 3 bedrooms has its own en-suite private bathroom, a ceiling fan and an AC unit. - Main bedroom –with queen size bed, 1 sofa sleeper, up to 3 guests - Bedroom 1 – with queen size bed, 2 bunk beds (single), up to 6 guests - Bedroom 2 – with 3 bunk beds (single), up to 6 guests - 1st floor flex room has a single bed and a sofa bed, ceiling fan – laptop work station/desk and chair, up to 2 guests. Guests can’t miss the large open balcony on the 2nd floor, best for hanging out by night time or early morning meditation or yoga. Guest access * Guests will have access to the entire beach house, our 2 pools and amenities during their stay. * Free parking onsite as well as street parking in front of our beach house (up to 5 cars/SUVs/vans). * Our beach house is about 5 minutes drive to the private Porto beach (about 15 minutes if guests prefer to walk). * The beaches of Laiya have high tides and low tides, that vary everyday. PLEASE DO NOT DING HOSTS OF VILLAS FOR THE LOW TIDE AT THE BEACH. * Free access to the exclusive Porto beach during the day (up to sunset), it's private (access only for owners and their guests), quiet and generally no crowds. * FREE parking at the large parking lot by the beach with Security Guard. * Tamarind Cove Resort (beachfront) is available to guests, there's a fee to use lounge, infinity pool, cabana, kubo. Please message us so we can assist with reservation. Other things to note - For privacy and security, the resort subdivision has a guard on the main gate as well as a guard checking the area at night. We ask that our guests respect our neighbors by not being excessively loud as well as respecting the house rules. - P50 eco-tourism fee per guest is collected by San Juan Municipality for resort guests. Please message us for questions on payment of eco fee. - Strictly no smoking within the house (inside and outside by pool area). Guests who smoke within the home will be charged P2,000 fee. There’s an open wide space in front of the house if guests need to smoke. - We would like our guests to enjoy the house and not be overcrowded, our rate is for 16, we strictly enforce a total of 16 guest headcount. Please message us if guest count will exceed 16 (extra fee of P1,000/guest in excess of 16) - Health and safety of our guests are our priority and so we’ve installed a premier water filtration system. For extra caution, please use drinking water instead of water from faucet for cooking. We provide 1 FREE 5gallon drinking water. - STARLINK internet is provided for high speed WiFi, best for remote work! - To keep our prices down, and offer lower rates, we provide basic home amenities and supplies such as beddings, hand soap, total 8 towels, bathroom tissue, paper towels. Please bring your own personal supplies like shampoo and body wash and extra towels for swimming. - Pool safety - If you have kids in your group, please make sure they have 100% supervision, no diving, running and rough play at the pools. - Strictly NO FOOD and DRINKS on the pool. Strictly NO PETS on the pool. * We ask that our guests treat our beach house like their own. Upon check-out, if extra cleaning is required, if there are broken, damaged items or missing towels, linens, we will notify guests and charge replacement fee in the app.
