Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 1/ Kindly take good care of the access cards and keys, do not dismantle them, if there is damage or loss, please pay 1000 Baht, thank you. 2/ Since we are a homestay, guests clean their own kitchenware after use. If you need it, please clean it before use and return it to the same place after use, or 300 baht will be charged for cleaning. 3/ We only provide one cleaning before check-in. Only two bath towels are provided for one bedroom, and only four bath towels are provided for two bedrooms. Bath towels and other items will not be changed during your stay. If the items in the room are not sufficient, and you need us to replenish (such as toilet paper, etc.), please contact me in a timely manner, thank you. The cleaning lady's working hours are: 10:00am-4:00pm, replenishment will not be available outside of those hours. 4/ If you need a second set of room cards, please pay a deposit of 2000 Baht, which will be refunded when you return the cards. 5/ The apartment manual is posted behind the door of the room. 5/ There is only one air conditioner remote control in each room to control all air conditioners, please take note of that. The room uses a card for electricity. The WIFI password is on the router in the room. 6/ You can buy food and fruits, etc. to eat in the room, but food in tropical climates easily attracts ants and other insects, please bag the garbage as soon as possible after you eat and throw it in the garbage room next to the freight elevator on each floor, thank you. 7/ Please do not intentionally damage the facilities in the room, we will check the room after check-out, if items are found to be intentionally damaged, the bedding and other soft fixtures are stained and cannot be cleaned, we will request for compensation. If you refuse to pay, we will raise a dispute with Airbnb. Thank you for your understanding. Apartment regulations: 1. No loud noises in the apartment. 2. Eating, drinking or smoking are not allowed in the common area of the apartment. 3. Keep the common area clean (do not leave garbage/personal belongings/clutter outside the door). Personal garbage You can throw it in the garbage room next to the freight elevator on each floor. 4. No sleeping in the common area. Please do not place your feet on the common area table and chairs or lie on the seats. 5. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. 6. Do not spit anywhere in the common area. 7. Strictly no open fire/smoking in the room and elevator. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. 8. After swimming, please dry your body and change your clothes before entering the elevator. Wet shoes, wet feet are strictly prohibited to enter the elevator. For all the above rules, violation will result in a 2000 THB fine.
