Room 5 minutes from Arequipa's downtown

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and centrally located accommodation, 10 minutes from downtown on foot, supermarket and stores nearby, public transportation very close that goes all over the city. The house is large and I live here too. It is not noisy at all because it is a colonial house. We have laundry facilities and the kitchen can be used in the early mornings. In the afternoons at lunchtime I have it occupied. I love making new friends
