Come inside to a fully stocked kitchen, games & toys for the kids, 2 large screen TV's, foosball table, & multiple lounge areas. Take a short walk to The Stray coffeeshop or the local Interurban trail. The space This is a two story home with a brand new renovated space upstairs which includes 2 bedrooms bath and seating area. Large in-ground pool is open from memorial day to labor day, firerable, endless sunshine and outdoor dining all included! Close to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Guest access You will have access to all 3 levels of the home including the backyard and pool area. There are a few small areas that are not available to guests. These areas include the outdoor shed, small closet on main floor, closet downstairs in the foosball room and the utility room off the laundry area. Other things to note Pool is open from memorial Day to labor day. Please don't allow children to swim without parental guidance. Respect our neighbors and observe quiet times while outdoors. Please limit music volume and use of profanity while using our outdoor space
