The island vacation you have been waiting for! This beautiful home delivers nothing short of a 5 star experience. The location alone is incredible- with unobstructed views of the ocean, the sunrises in the morning are something you will not want to miss. There is plenty of room to bring the entire family while still allowing everyone to have their own peace of mind. The rooftop access allows you to see the entire island from a different perspective... and stargazing at night is a must! The space CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 10AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. BEDROOMS: The home sleeps 10 guests comfortably in 5 beds. See bed count below: -Bedroom 1 (main floor):1 Queen -Bedroom 2: 1 King -Bedroom 3: 1 King -Bedroom 4: 1 King -Bedroom 5: 1 King (Additional beds cannot be provided-air mattresses are available upon request)* Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own private bath. One guest restroom is located on the main floor near the pool entry. All bathrooms are stocked with full bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and 1 hair dryer/bathroom. KITCHEN AND DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances. The dining table has seating for 6 and the bar has 7 additional spots. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the pool deck. Pool measures 26 ft in length, 9 ft wide, and 5'11" deep. The entire rooftop is private and exclusively for your use. No one has access to the rooftop or pool other than the pool cleaners who come bi-weekly on Mondays. Rental Agreement: The physical credit card used to book the reservation, along with a matching government-issued ID, are required at check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guests and property protection, surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the home. Interested in hosting an event? Great! License and boat insurance must be provided prior to arrival if you are bringing a boat.
