The dock has two boat slips, a ladder, and a gentle walkway down. The kitchen has a large pantry with all the necessary cooking utilities for excellent meals. Gas grill on the upper deck Guest access 2 stall garage with 3rd refrigerator. Water toys for guests to use and relax on the dock. Other things to note Check-in is 3 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Housekeeping needs to spend all the time getting the home ready for the guests to enjoy. Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. The Pet Fee is $100 for your entire stay, $100 per pet. The pet agreement must be paid in full before arrival. During peak season, there are no early or late checkouts. May 25- Sept 3.
