New Forest Studio Hideaway, Brockenhurst

Our one bedroom guest studio is located in one of the best regarded roads in Brockenhurst - five minutes walk to the village but on a quiet forest track with ponies and donkeys roaming and access to the 140,000 acre New Forest National Park at the gate. The space Location: The studio is in a separate building with its own private entrance in the garden to the side of our family home. We're in a fantastic spot in Brockenhurst village - a five-ten minute walk to the village centre and the 'watersplash' with it's restaurants & cafes, pubs, wine bar, spas, bakery, train station, bike hire and Tesco Express. We're on a quiet forest track surrounded by countryside and nature - as well as the forest ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs (in panage season!), we've also seen deer, bats, owls and wild rabbits all from the gate. The location is in a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and a Conservation Area, inside the New Forest National Park and a few miles from the coast - amazing for exploring, walking, bike rides or just chilling out. Your space: The private entrance door is on the ground floor where you'll also find a small table and two chairs. Stairs lead up to the open plan space on the first floor with bed , lounge area, coffee making space and en-suite. The king sized bed has a quality pocket sprung mattress with crisp white cotton linen. There's a comfy sofa, a smart TV with Netflix, fast fibre wifi, radio and plenty of books. The tea & coffee making area has a drinks fridge, kettle and some bits for breakfast - cereals, fresh fruit and milk. Please note there is no kitchen / cooking facilities. Next to the bedroom is a modern en-suite with shower, sink and WC. Towels included. Parking / EV charging: There's a dedicated off road, gated car parking space for guests. EV charging (7kw type 2 Zappi) available at extra cost - please message us first to arrange. Outside: Guests are welcome to use the patio area behind the Studio building. Things to do: So much to explore! We've put together a big list of our favourite things to do and places to eat - we'll leave in the Studio and can happily send over in advance if you'd like. Guest access - Sole use of the Studio - in a separate building with its own access to the side of our family home. - Dedicated off road parking space on the gated driveway. - Use of the patio area behind the studio building (note - not private, adjoining our garden) Other things to note - We're set up for a maximum of two adults sharing (king bed) - Please note there is no kitchen or cooking facilities. Kettle and cold breakfast items included. - Charges do not include EV charging. Please arrange with us in advance.
