This house is a separate unit from the lower bungalow. It's hard to even see from the street. It is well lit for safety, has a new security door. New front door/ french door. Lots of wild-life nearby; keep your pet leashed due to wildlife. We walk to the beach and there are light beach chairs downstairs for shared use. Duck crossings on our street- slow down! DOG OWNERS- Crate your dog if you leave it indoors and you know it’s prone to anxiety. I leave my dog alone on deck, b/c she’s calm. You're the best judge of your dogs behavior.
