Villa Tucanes is the perfect option for people who want to stay away from the busy Hotel Zone and its Party Centers and just relish in a quiet nature driven environment. You will enjoy Villa Tucanes with its Colonial style architectural design and tranquility upon the large garden, private pool and its red-brick cupulas and wooden beams. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, two of which have king sized beds, one has a queen bed and one with two individual beds. All bedrooms come with A/C and the entire house including the terrace has fast Wi-Fi. Every room in the house is build extra high which helps with Cancun’s high temperatures. Villa Tucanes is part of a small gated community of 6 houses. Because of its location adjacent to the jungle you will not have any noise pollution from nearby streets but you’ll have to drive ¾ of a mile on a dirt road. It is important that you rent a car to get around. The dirt road is in pretty good shape so any car will do but I wouldn’t rent a Lamborghini. Because of its natural neighborhood we have some friendly wildlife in the garden like different types of birds, squirrels, lizards and sometimes iguanas. We are looking forward to welcoming you and your family! Guest access You have access to everything described in this Ad and will not have to share anything with anybody. (Except for the car shown in one of the pictures :)) Other things to note Walmart and Sam’s Club are about 8 minutes driving distance, Cancun Downtown is about 12 minutes and the beach (Hotel Zone) is about 16 minutes away. If you email me your initial shopping list at least 4 days before your arrival, I will do your first shopping for you and you can just reimburse me upon arrival. That way, you will be able to relax and enjoy your vacation and all your favorite foods right away. The Wi-Fi we contracted is the best and fastest available in Cancun but due to the Villa’s location, it may go out once or twice a week for no more than 30 minutes.
