At our clean and comfortable Farm4 unit, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on five acres of land, beautiful views, dark, star-lit nights, all on a quiet, safe country road. You will enjoy a completely private unit with a kitchenette and 65" large screen TV. You will find yourself surrounded by wooded land, wildlife including turkey, deer, birds, foxes, raccoons, and sometimes turtles and more. And <2 miles to Clarkson! The Farm4 Room is a private complete unit on the 2nd floor of a country house. There are other complete units in the house. This room has its own private full bathroom with rain head shower, and a full kitchenette, with microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. There is one queen bed, one 65" large screen TV, and room to sit comfortably. The property is less than 2 miles from the Clarkson campus, 5 minutes to downtown Potsdam and SUNY Potsdam, 9 miles to SLU, and 20 minutes to SUNY Canton. We adhere to a no-pet policy. We also do not house service animals (see below for details) Per Airbnb guidelines, concerning service animals, this room is frequently used by persons who have allergies. You will have access to the main door, and the The Farm4 unit is at the top of the stairs, on the left. You will have a door code for the main door, and a separate door code for The Farm4 Room. The Farm4 Room is located on a quiet, safe road with many professionals, professors, and doctors living on the same road. Quite often, there will be residents walking their dogs along the road, or jogging, or strolling their babies. It is about 1.5 miles from the Potsdam end of the Bagdad Road, where Clarkson University's hill campus is located. In the winter, the driveway is plowed early and the Bagdad Road is kept reasonably maintained by the Town of Potsdam There is a large parking area with room for several cars for each guest and room to park a trailer or boat. There is a horseshoe driveway for easy access with a trailer. The Farm4 is located walking or biking distance (about 1.5 miles) from the Clarkson hill campus, but it can be too cold to walk or bike in the winter.
