Welcome to our home in Oberstaufen - to your home! When we, Chihi and Sebastian, are not renting, we live in this apartment ourselves. Our spacious apartment is the perfect place to spend unforgettable family vacations, romantic couple vacations, productive workations or just a nice time with friends. The cozy living room can also be used as a 3rd separate bedroom. We love it here and surely you will too! The space Our 75 m² ground floor apartment is located in the middle of picturesque Oberstaufen, just a short hop from numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants and everything you need for a successful vacation. The apartment is on the ground floor of the former "Haus Lugert". My grandparents have been welcoming guests here since 1958. The fresh grandmother chic is real here, because the fresh grandmother has always maintained everything here in an exemplary manner. The living room, the single room (2nd bedroom) and the hallway were also renovated in June 2024. You will enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, the covered south terrace with comfortable seating and the many entertainment options (books, board games, home cinema, fitness equipment, etc.) even in bad weather. The beautiful garden can of course also be used, the herbs picked and used. Two bedrooms and a living room, which can optionally serve as a bedroom, offer maximum privacy. - The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, generous storage space in the cabinets, a sink and access to the terrace. - The single room/2nd bedroom also has a comfortable bed that can optionally be converted into a twin bed. The pull-out rollaway bed is perfect for another family member or a friend. The room is also ideal for video calls and working from home. There is also a sink and another private access to the terrace. - The living room, our center of coziness, is optionally equipped with a comfortable folding bed. The pull-out sofa bed serves as bed number 6. Please note that this is a semi-double bed (120 cm). If there are two people, they should be children or at least very close people. There is also a workplace here. Numerous entertainment media are available to you. The new Samsung 55-inch smart TV with soundbar, for example, offers you a great home cinema experience. Another terrace access exists. - The kitchen has everything an amateur cook needs. You will find a stove with oven, microwave, coffee machines, kettle and many other appliances as well as a large number of cooking utensils. The spice cabinet with oils, sauces and coffee as well as teas is at your disposal. A cozy sitting area with a corner bench and chairs offers space for everyone. There is also a TV with a soundbar. - The charming retro-style bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, towels, shower gel and shampoo. The toilet is separate. - The terrace, our outdoor living room, is the real highlight of our apartment. Cozy, facing south, shady and protected from rain. All rooms have at least one window and can be locked if desired. Parking space right by the house (right on our property). Guest access The entire place is private. Other things to note In Oberstaufen, there is a legally prescribed visitor's tax.
