Villa Gorgona is a house for 8 people with a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of Gavrio. The house has 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom from where you can admire the sunset over the island of Euboea as well as an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The first beach is 20 minutes on foot or 6 minutes by car. The port and all its shops are 7 minutes away by car.Private swimming pool with sea view terrasse.Little outdoor weight training area. The space Upstairs, 1 very bright bedroom with a king size bed 160x200, desk, connected television, large closets, 1 French window with balcony and 2 other windows. This bedroom has its own bathroom. On the lower floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: 1 bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, large closets and 2 small windows 1 very bright bedroom with a king size bed 160x200, 2 bunk beds 90x200 and a French window opening onto a beautiful terrace where deckchairs are at your disposal. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area open to the living room equipped with connected television. This space has 2 windows and a French window opening onto a large covered terrace from where you can admire the sea, eat all your meals and relax. 1 small porch from where you can enjoy the sunset over the island of Euboea and the sea is decorated with a small table for coffee or an aperitif. This outdoor space is completed by a garden and a private swimming pool. The deckchairs and armchairs installed on the swimming pool terrace will allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the port of Gavrio. Other things to note A supplement of 15 euros per night for a stay between April and the end of October or 4 euros per night for a stay between November and end of March will be requested at the start of your stay, corresponding to the new climate tax imposed by the Greek government. For young children, a barrier can be adapted on the bottom bunk bed. Likewise, a booster seat for meals is available. The swimming pool is closed by 2 doors. A person will come every 2/3 days to clean the pool. The tax of 15 euros per night is a new climat tax imposed by the gouvernement.
