Thanks to the direct subway connections (U1, U4), you can reach the Vienna International Centre (UNO-City), the central business district, and the Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station) in just a few minutes. The immediate vicinity provides an excellent infrastructure for your daily life, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and high-quality restaurants for business lunches or after-work dinners like the Naschmarkt area.
