10-15mins by walk from 고려대역Subway to my place. Very nice location to go most of tourist places in Seoul. 
There is a big grocery market called Grocery Market around 1 km from our place and other small grocery shops as well. It is a residential area so keep an etiquette of being quiet at night is important . It is a residential area so it is very quiet at night. So it is important to keep quiet after 10pm. *Utilities (gas, water, electricity)will be Excluded and separated. Other things to note Since it is a residential area, you must be quiet after 9pm. Garbage disposal must also be done thoroughly.
