The space Location Located in the heart of Madrid, in the Gran Vía and Calle San Bernardo area, one of the most central and lively areas of the city. From the apartment you can walk to many of Madrid’s main attractions, such as Gran Vía, Plaza de España, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace and the Malasaña neighborhood. The area is also surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops and excellent public transport connections. The space The apartment has been fully renovated and furnished, creating the modern and comfortable space it is today, while preserving original elements and materials that give it character and make it unique. Layout Upon entering the apartment you will find a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living area includes a sofa bed for two people, Smart TV and dining area. At the end of the apartment there is a spacious bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm bed with storage base and two double wardrobes. Balcony From the bedroom you can access a balcony overlooking Calle San Bernardo and Gran Vía, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of central Madrid. The building The building is part of the city’s historic heritage, so it does not have an elevator. The apartment is located on the fourth floor. The stairs are wide and wooden, typical of historic buildings in the city center. The property cannot be used as the tenant’s permanent residence. A €150 security deposit is required. This amount will only be charged in case of damages caused during the stay. The apartment is located in a residential building, so guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbors and avoid excessive noise. Parties or events are not allowed. Only guests included in the reservation may enter the apartment. Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
