Welcome to the quaint and historical Village of Topinabee located on beautiful 17,000-acre Mullett Lake, and the Inland Waterway of Northern Michigan. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with updated kitchen and bathrooms is easy access from I-75 and walking distance to the public swimming beach, Bar and Grill, Topinabee Market, the public boat launch, and North Central Bike and Snowmobile Trail. Come and enjoy this four-season home for all recreational activities the "Up North" life has to offer. The space You park in front surrounded by lilac bushes and walk the path of flowers to the front door. Once inside, there is a small mud room to store your beach toys or dry your boots, skis, and snow gear - depending on the season. Then 2 small stairs and you are into the newly remodeled beautiful white kitchen and dining area. Off the the right is the master bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer on the main floor. Off to the left are the two other bedrooms, the master bathroom, and living room. Guest access The guests have full access to the entire house and property. We only ask that you do not go into the old barn out back. Other things to note There is parking in the front for two vehicles (do not park past the fence please), and in the back, there is a lot of room for vehicles and toy haulers in the summer only. It is a little tight to turn around back there, but if you have a toy hauler, you know how to back it into tight spaces.
