Very quiet and well soundproofed 4-room accommodation in the center of Montreuil, less than a 10-minute walk from Mairie de Montreuil metro station, with its convenience stores, restaurants, cinema and theater. The room offered has storage available, new bedding of very good quality with linens provided as well as towels, its own key. Shared bathroom. Full breakfast included in the price! This apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. The space Guests will be accommodated in a 10 m2 room that provides them with all the comforts possible. There is only one double bed. The toilet and bathroom are shared spaces. Guest access Guests have access to the toilet and bathroom. In the bedroom, guests have a French window that gives access to the terrace, which they can enjoy when the weather is nice. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace in fine weather. If necessary, guests can cool drinks or other items in our refrigerator.
