Ready to relax? The apartment is located in the village of Santa Rufina di Roio, just 10 minutes by car from the center of L'Aquila and 15 minutes from the Guardia di Finanza. Nearby there are various mountain trails and the slopes of Campo Felice and Campo Imperatore can be reached in 35/40 minutes by car. The apartment was built from scratch by an expert master carpenter, Giocondo: the walls and furniture are entirely made of fir wood with well-known aromatic and therapeutic benefits. The space The apartment is spread across two floors. On the ground floor, you will have the living area and the kitchen, and on the upper floor, you will find the bedroom and the bathroom. You will have at your disposal: - a set of personal towels; - bed already equipped with sheets; - Bath products (soaps/shampoos); - 2 televisions (one for each floor); - wardrobe cabinets; - The kitchen is equipped with all accessories (plates, cutlery, pans). You will also have a collection of ancient Abruzzo books where you can read the history and traditions of our region. Guest access The apartment is adjacent to the private parking lot in the village of Santa Rufina di Roio, a 10-minute drive from the center of L'Aquila. Just walk for 5 minutes to find yourself in the middle of nature. If you are passionate about trekking and hiking, ask me for advice on which routes to choose! The structure of the house, which is earthquake-proof, is new from the foundations and was completed at the beginning of 2023. L'Aquila and Roio are in the midst of post-earthquake reconstruction, so it will be inevitable to notice scaffolding and buildings under reconstruction. Other things to note Pets are allowed, but we trust in the common sense of the guests regarding the problem of hair. Of course, it is preferable that animals do not climb on beds and sofas. For heating, you will be provided with a pellet stove. The pellets already present in the stove are free, but for each additional bag of pellets, a reimbursement of €8 (wholesale price) will be required. In case you do not need a whole bag, you can also use 2kg dispensers at a cost of €2 each. The water heater has a capacity of 50L, which allows you to take long showers, but if there are many of you, I recommend not taking too long in the shower, otherwise you risk having to wait for the water to get hot again.
