The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. This 10m² apartment is located on the 7th floor (with elevator to the 6th floor, then up the stairs to 1 floor). It comprises: - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave ... - A living room with sofa bed, dining table and TV - Bathroom with shower - Shared toilet outside the apartment on the landing - Storage space - TV and high-speed Internet access - Bed linen and towels provided Guest access You'll have access to the whole apartment, so you'll feel right at home. Other things to note We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 proof of identity - 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school) - 1 e-mail address 1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. --- FOR CHECK-IN Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
