In front of the house, we find the garden completely fenced and closed by a gate, equipped with a table, chairs, swing, umbrella and deckchair; a large French window leads us into the house, entering we find the living area equipped with everything from wi-fi to TV, the kitchenette with oven and coffee machine; a door leads us to the bathroom with shower and bidet, In the back of the bathroom, there is a cellar/storage room where all the additional equipment and the laundry room with washing machine are arranged; going up a flight of stairs, we arrive at the upper floor that houses the sleeping area, two large bedrooms: on the left, the double bedroom, and on the right, the second bedroom, which is basically equipped with a single bed that can be transformed into a large double bed or, if necessary, into two single beds. In the bedroom, there is a desk to be able to work. The house is finely furnished in a maritime style in shades of white with a touch of color given by the textiles in shades of blue. The house has a magnificent exposed wooden roof, characteristic of the beach houses in the area. The external architecture and the colors of the village, although recently built, are perfectly in tune with the surrounding environment, recalling the oldest and original holiday and work villages of Sardinian mining history, all adorned by a square with a semi-Olympic swimming pool and a wonderful seven-hectare park with super panoramic paths and picnic areas where you can enjoy sunsets and wonderful views of the sea and the entire gulf.
