Located in Nebida, a 5-minute drive from the nearest beach, L'Isola Bella Tanca Piras is a private vacation home located within the Tanca Piras Village, offering an outdoor pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and a private park by the sea. The Village is the best you can find for those who choose to spend their holidays on the Green Coast. Family-friendly, with a nice garden, equipped and fenced in, it allows you to rest easy with small guests. The space The house is in a very quiet alley of the Tanca Piras Village. In front of the house we find the garden fully fenced and closed by a gate, equipped with table, chairs, rocking chair, umbrella and deck chair; a large window door takes us inside the house, entering we find the living area equipped with everything from wi-fi to the TV, the kitchenette with oven and coffee maker; a door takes us to the bathroom with shower and bidet, in the back of the bathroom there is a cellar/storage room where all the additional equipment and the laundry room with washing machine are arranged; going up a flight of stairs we reach the upper floor that houses the sleeping area, two large bedrooms on the left the double bed, on the right the second bedroom equipped with a single bed, convertible into a large double bed or if necessary in two single beds, in the room there is a desk to be able to work. The house is finely decorated in a marinarian style in shades of white with a touch of color given by textiles on the tones of blue. The house has a magnificent exposed wooden roof, characteristic of the beach houses in the area. The exterior architecture and colors of the village, although recently built, match perfectly with the surrounding environment, reminiscent of the oldest and most original vacation and work villages of Sardinian mining history, all adorned with a square with a semi-Olympic pool and a wonderful seven-hectare park with super panoramic paths and picnic areas where you can enjoy sunsets and wonderful views of the sea and the entire gulf. Other things to note Nebida is a beautiful little town by the sea, 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches. Equipped with everything, market, tobacco, Italian post office, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors. Very close to mining sites such as Porto Flavia, Masua, Grotte di Santa Barbara. It has beautiful panoramic streets overlooking the sea where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, natural hiking trails that lead directly to the sea, stops that are part of the "Camino di Santa Barbara". In summer, it's animated by music and very close to Gonnesa and Iglesias. Iglesias is one of the five royal cities of Sardinia, a medieval city full of monuments that can be visited, animated all summer by music, attractions, concerts and parties.
