In addition, please turn off the air conditioner when you are not at home. - Safety: fire extinguisher in accordance with the law, carbon monoxide detector and gas detector Guest access The flat is located on the first floor (with a lift) of a building from the early 2000s, in a very quiet area with a large communal garden. The accommodation is located in a block of flats, so please respect the neighbours and avoid making any noise that may cause a nuisance. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is only permitted on the terrace. There are no architectural barriers to access the apartment. Other things to note Location: The house is in a convenient location that is easy to get around on foot: - just 5 minutes away are two entrances to the wonderful Parco di Monza, ideal for walks, either on foot or by bike, and for relaxing; - in about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the city centre, walking along Via Lecco, a pleasant street with wide pavements and sections of cycle path; - the Policlinico is easily accessible in about 10 minutes on foot, thanks to a modern pedestrian underpass equipped with a lift; - the area offers ample free parking, as well as charging stations for electric cars; - Via Lecco is also well connected by public transport: the Z208 line (Via Lecco/Via De Marchi stop, just a 2-minute walk away) provides easy access to the centre and Monza station.
