This basement apartment has full egress windows and access to a kitchen, full-sized fridge cooktop, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. There is a theater room, pool table, and board games to keep everyone entertained. We also offer free access to various streaming services. Enjoy your stay! The space As a reminder, this is a 2 level home and this Airbnb listing is the private downstairs apartment with a separate entrance at the front of the house that leads to this Airbnb space. The Airbnb space is not shared and does not have any shared spaces with the upstairs apartment. There is no overlap between the upstairs and downstairs apartments. This is a completely private space. Guest access Air BnB guests will have access to the following on this property: - Designated driveway parking spot (single lane spot in front of small garage door on the right) - Front Porch. - Designated basement apartment Air BnB space. *Note - the backyard is off limits at all times unless approved upon request. Other things to note Parking: - 2 Vehicles Maximum. - Both vehicles must park in designed driveway spot. - No work trucks are allowed in our neighborhood. - Absolutely no on-street parking or parking in front of neighbors homes. Quiet Hours: - Observed from 10pm - 8am daily - this includes inside and outside of the property. Outdoor property rules: - No Loitering outside. - No gatherings outside or in front of main property or neighborhood properties. - Absolutely no social events outside of the property. - No excessive traffic outside during quiet hours. *Please respect the neighborhood properties and surrounding neighbors at all times as you are a guest to this community.
