The property has a shared kitchen, a garden and a laundry room for free use. The space The house is located at GANDAVO 227, 900 meters from Vila Mariana subway station (blue line). It is safe to walk around the area. There is a bakery, restaurant, and market nearby! Other things to note I don't have a parking space available. There's a parking lot on the street above, called Capitão Macedo parking and car wash. The opening hours are from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Before 6:00 p.m., they charge $30 per night. See if the schedule meets your needs. The street is quiet! You can park in front of the property, as the curb is lowered and the spaces are allocated to guests, as you prefer.
