Rauland, Listaullii

Cozy cabin located in the middle of Rauland ski resort at approx. 930 masl with ski in/ski out. The cabin has its own parking with room for 2 to 3 cars. The Listaullii field is surrounded by alpine slopes on both sides. The area is very snow-safe. Rauland offers a vast network of trails whether you prefer cross-country or alpine skiing. With Hardangervidda as the nearest neighbor, plenty of fishing waters and marked hiking trails and plenty of activities in the area for young and old. Boat/canoe and bicycle can be rented in the area. The space The space 1st floor: Hallway with heating cables in the floor. Full bathroom with heating cables in the floor. Open plan living room and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table, sofa and fireplace in the living room. Exit to terrace from living room. Guest access There is a locked storage room on the second floor where the owner stores private equipment. There is also an outdoor shed that is not accessible. Beyond that, there is access to all rooms in the cabin Other things to note Snow removal in winter will be done in the parking lot before arrival and during the stay Bed linen and towels must be brought by the guests themselves. Wood for firing in the fire pit outside, the tenant must pay for himself. Electricity consumption of 50 kWh per day is included in the rental price.
