The master bedroom has one king sized bed and is located on the bottom floor. The upstairs has two loft-style bedrooms, one with a queen bed and private patio access, and another with two twin beds. An extra sofa bed is also located in the living room. Attached to the house is a private one bedroom studio with a full bed, its own private patio, kitchenette, and modern bathroom. Each bedroom has breathtaking panoramic views of Shasta lake and the surrounding forests. The guest house also includes an upstairs loft with a twin bed. On the property is also a beautifully renovated and fully equipped Silverstream stationary mobile home, which includes a full bathroom, shower, washer/dryer, and full bed. Guests will have access to the entire property, including access to the lake and surrounding areas. We live in the nearby city of Redding and will be able to aide guests with any questions or concerns they have. The property is located in a beautiful gated community, with lots of privacy and security, located in the heart of the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. The dome sits atop Lake Shasta, the largest man-made lake in California. The area is the original location of the Gold-Rush and is full of deep, local history. It is located just 15 minutes away from the Shasta Caverns, one of the largest and oldest cavern systems in the world. The property has access through nearby roads to an area of the lake restricted for residents. You will enjoy panoramic views of the forest and lake from the house, as well as watching eagles fly at eye-level to the property. The surrounding area boasts a myriad of outdoor activities. from paddle-boarding, boating, hiking, camping, wildlife viewing, waterfall chasing, cave spelunking in one of the 900 natural caves, as well as sledding, skiing, snowboarding in the winter. Located only an hour away from Mt. Shasta, an active volcano, which is considered one of the most spiritual destinations in the world. Only 30 minutes to the nearby city of Redding, the home of Bethel church. As well as being a central location for trips to the nearby cities of Wiskeytown and Shingletown. The dome is located approximately 20 minutes up a narrow, windy, paved road along the mountainside. In the winter, chains are required.
