Convenient place to stay if u are scouting your favorite hunting spot or construction group working nearby Dining area with furnished kitchen Pool table plus two game tables with large tv Ample parking for trucks and trailers Check out smaller renting option for smaller groups Located halfway between Memphis & Little Rock The space 3000 sq feet - 4 tables in dining room - kitchen area adjacent to dining room with large butcher block - large bunk room has 3 full size beds with bunks on top and 3 half beds with tv - pool table room has 6 half beds with tv - additional bedroom has full bed and two half beds with sitting area - tv room has plenty of recliners and 2 game/work tables - mud/boot room at main entrance. In addition to main entrance, bunk rooms have entrances for easy loading and unloading. Guest access You will have access to entire building Other things to note The stand alone freezer is my personal freezer but there are two refrigerators with freezer space on top
