The space The Painted Lady is just a beautiful historic home that has so many rich details. Comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. Just bring your clothes and essentials. We have the rest. plenty of pillows & blankets. We have high-speed wifi, but come here and unplug. Play games or cards. Sip iced tea or wine and enjoy company on the porch. Please read the house rules so you know what is expected. Guest access All of property except the garage and carriage house. Basement is only used for utilities and storage. no need to go there. It's not haunted, so you can go there if you want, if you dare. Other things to note NOTE: We are currently prepping the outside for painting this summer. Our very descete maintenance man works on the outside wood rot, prepping, and paint. only a couple days a week. We are voting on colors. Please make yourself at home. But please no smoking, vaping, or drugs of any type inside our home. Marijuana is legal in our town, but we prefer it not be used on our property in the smoking form. The smell is just terrible. The smell can stick to your clothes and get on my furniture. So if you do want to do it, just make sure you're naked outside. I don't want my couch to stink. Just buy gummies. No eating in BEDROOMS you are not my teenagers, when they do it, I can ground them and take away the car, all I can do to you is charge extra cleaning fees. I don't want that, nor do I want mice or bugs, you don't want mice or bugs! When booking the property please put the actual number of guests total, even if they are only staying for part of your stay. Our place is priced for 2 guests and then pro rated for additional guests. This is common practice for all accommodations. If you need to add at anytime, it is not problem, just let us know. Do not cover the security cameras outside. That will be an automatic eviction.
