IMPORTANT to know: The apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator – please keep this in mind upon arrival. Look for the name "J. Trodal" on the door to ensure you reach the correct apartment. The bedroom offers a generous, allergy-friendly continental bed (king size) made from Swedish natural materials for deep and dreamy rest. The sound-dampening wall-to-wall carpet and an efficient air purifier – which should always be on – create a quiet, fresh and embracing room, perfect for recovery. There's also an inspiring workspace with views over the lively square. The state-of-the-art kitchen is at your disposal and fully equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, hi-tech oven, microwave & steamer. Out of care for the home's wooden countertops and woodwork, I ask you to show consideration: always use cutting boards, never leave wet dishes on wooden surfaces, and wipe the counters thoroughly after use to avoid stains and wear, Especially around the sink and faucet after EVERY use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Please note that all closets and cabinets are private and not accessible. Thank you for respecting this — my clothes and personal belongings are stored there. There’s a shared laundry room located in the basement of the courtyard building, with two washing machines, a dryer, and a drying cabinet. Fast fiber internet (1000/1000) and stable WiFi around 250 Mbps – perfect for both work and streaming.
