Pool heaters, like any piece of technology, can occasionally experience issues. While we do our best to ensure they are functioning properly, we cannot guarantee pool heating and do not offer refunds for heating issues, except for the original pool heating fee. If a problem arises, we will make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. While we don’t anticipate any issues, we appreciate your understanding that, like any technology, malfunctions can happen. Propane is not provided - but can be filled our switched at local hardware store.
