Please observe silence in the residential hallways and stairways and be respectful of other residents. Guests will have access to the balcony right in front of the suite and the roof deck on the top floor. This listing only allows for 1 motorcycle parking. For access to our car parking space, please book the Sunrise Suite instead. Kindly be aware that the parking space is shared with the commercial area and may not be available during business hours (10:00am to 10:00pm Mon-Sun). If the space is occupied upon arrival, street parking is available on the side corner (park at your own risk). Other things to note CHECK-IN: 3:00pm onwards CHECK-OUT: 12:00pm (sharp) Please observe quiet hours: 10:00pm - 6:00am Be aware of adding the correct number of guests to your booking. Extra fees are charged for groups beyond 2 persons. Our max capacity is strictly capped at 5. Unauthorized overnight guests will be asked to find a separate accommodation.
