Designed to welcome the outdoors in, the home’s open-concept layout create a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding tropical gardens. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee surrounded by nature, unwinding by the pool after a day of exploring Puerto Rico, or discovering nearby restaurants and local flavors, you’ll appreciate the peace and comfort of returning to a home that feels like a true retreat. ********** This house is located in a city, inside a gated neighborhood and away from crowds. A private home that is rented exclusively for one group at a time. Around the corner you will find supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, and main highways to explore the island at your own pace. 21 miles from the international airport in San Juan and 20 miles from San Juan areas. Fully equipped open kitchen (gas stove, no oven). Air conditioning in all 3 upstairs bedrooms. The pool and patio are cleaned on the day of the guest arrival and then once a week for long term rentals. You may occasionally see leaves or small debris in the pool, this is completely normal, it’s surrounded by nature. Enjoy birds singing and visiting throughout the day and Puerto Rico’s beloved coquí frogs at night, all while enjoying a peaceful, nature-filled setting within the city. HOUSE RULES: If you're looking to party, host loud gatherings, or pursue nightlife, this home is not suitable for you. The house is located inside a family neighborhood and is ideal for families and friends traveling together who will treat the home and our neighbors with care and respect, providing guests with a peaceful, local experience. NO parties, events, weddings, ect. No pets. ****If you plan to arrive after 10pm or check out before 5 am , please check with us before you book to obtain confirmation.*** We want to provide a smooth check-in experience while ensuring safety and quiet hours. We do not host arrivals after 10:00PM. ****Late check-ins are not available without prior approval. ****This policy does not apply to flights delays due to weather Conditions or delays outside guest’s control. The minimum age to book is 28 years old. Parties, events, or visitors are not permitted. Maximum 6 guests. ***Ungated pool, indoor stairs without one side rail, open terraces and outdoor areas, are not safe for infants or children under 5 years old. Check-in after 2:00 PM; check-out at 11:00 AM. Bathrooms: It is prohibited flushing baby wipes, feminine products, excessive toilet paper, or any other items. Flushing these causes serious clogs and Guests will be responsible for the plumbing service and the extra cleaning fees. Plumbing service are not available the same day. - **Late-night communications: Messages or Calls. We do not respond to messages or phone calls after 6:00 PM for guests who are already in the house, unless it is a real emergency. This does not apply to guests arrival ( check-ins). ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Our property uses a gate remote system which will be provided at the checking. After that, Guests MUST have the gate remote to access the premises during their stay. Once you have the gate remote, DO NOT use the keypad or dial the gate code( Provided to check in only) again. The gate can only be opened with the gate remote attached to the house key. ⚠️ If any guest, leaves or arrives late during their stay, they must have access through another guest who remains on the property, or carry the gate remote already provided to return. The code is encoded specifically for check-in / check out ONLY. ***Emergencies:** If you have a true emergency, please dial 911 and call us. If you have any questions please feel free to ask and we’ll be happy to help ensure a smooth arrival. Unforeseen Events: Power outages in Puerto Rico are common and may occur in the whole island, mainly due to the Puerto Rico grid company outages or weather conditions. In our area, as in the whole island, outages are possible. ***What we do to help**: We have rechargeable bulbs in all tables lamps, kitchen and bathrooms, outdoor solar lights, battery table lanterns, indoor rechargeable fans, and a small portable backup power battery for phones or small devices. ***We do not have a power supply for the entire house. Water: The house has a 400 gallons of water supply cistern for emergencies. We are not responsible for unforeseen events such as power outages, water disruptions, bad weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If something occurs during your stay, we will be available to support and assist you. Check out After 1 pm will be charged as another day. Guest access Gated neighborhood.
