The pool and backyard are surrounded by tall trees and tropical palms, providing a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. Please note that the backyard is surrounded by tall trees and leaves might decide to take a swim in the pool or hang out around the backyard. Our house is 20 miles from San Juan, (approximately 25 minutes depending on traffic and not at peak traffic hours), and 21 miles from San Juan International Airport. El Yunque, our national rain forest, and beautiful Luquillo Beach in Fajardo, are approximately 40 minutes away and highways are around the corner. ********** Fully equipped open kitchen and dining area (gas stove, no oven). Two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first level. Air conditioning in all three upstairs bedrooms. Open-concept design with double glass back doors in the family/living and kitchen/dining areas, opening to terraces, pool, and nature views. The pool and patio are cleaned on the day of guest arrival and then once a week. ***Important*** If you're looking to party, host loud gatherings, or pursue nightlife, this home is not suitable for you. This house is ideal for families, friends traveling together, and guests who will treat the home and our neighbors with care and respect. ****We are flexible but if you plan to arrive or depart outside our standard times, please check with us first to obtain confirmation. We do not host arrivals after 10:00PM. Late check-ins are not available without prior approval. Very early check-out, before 5:am, is not available without prior arrangement; there is no option for very early check-out without approval. This policy does not apply to flights delays due to weather or delays outside guest’s control. The minimum age to book is 28 years old. Parties, events, or visitors are not permitted. Maximum 6 guests. If you have any special request, please let us know before you book, we are flexible to accommodate your needs. Ungated pool, open terraces and outdoor areas, may not be safe for infants or children under 5 years old. Check-in after 2:00 PM; check-out at 11:00 AM. This house is available for long term rentals. House Rules: Bathrooms*** IMPORTANT **** It is prohibited flushing baby wipes, feminine products, excessive toilet paper, or any other items. Flushing these causes serious clogs, costly repairs, and extra cleaning fees. Unforeseen Events: We are not responsible for unforeseen events such as power outages, water disruptions, bad weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
