Fully equipped open kitchen, gas stove without oven, with pool and nature views. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas, hammocks, gas grill and outdoor dining tables. Minimum age to rent this property is 28 years old. No parties, events or visitors allowed. Checking time after 2:00 pm, check out time 11:00 am. House rules: It’s prohibited to flush inside the toilet, paper, baby wipes, food, feminine hygiene products, excessive toilet paper or anything else that may clogged the pipes. Please note that guests are responsible for covering the expenses incurred for any pipe blockages that occur during their stay. In the event that the loss of electricity or water persist for more than 8 hours during your stay, and you choose not to continue at the property, we will refund you for the unused nights only, and check out will be at noon 12 pm .
