Guest access The entire 2 bedroom, bathroom, living, dining and open kitchen with balcony is exclusively available for your access. The complex is home to a network of well-maintained walking/jogging trails that wind through lush, tranquil surroundings. A 2.10Kms jogging track. The clubhouse is a great place to relax and socialize, but it's important to be aware of the hours of operation and admission requirements. The clubhouse is open from 7 am to 10 pm every day except Tuesday and certain designated holidays. Admission is charged per person per day, and only apartment owners are eligible for club passes. If you wish to use the clubhouse facilities, please inform our local host in advance. Amenities at the clubhouse : The 45-acre 9-hole golf course is a great place to enjoy the game of golf, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro. Golf kits and caddies are available for rent, and there are also in-house professionals who can provide coaching to beginners. The meals are prepared by homemakers who cook in their own homes and deliver them to customers. -Guests can enjoy superfast WiFi with a dedicated speed of 50 -100 Mbps in the apartment. -The home is located on the 17th floor and has unobstructed views of the golf course, palm deck, swimming pool and misty hills at a distance. -Ola and Uber are two of the most popular ride-hailing apps in India, and they are both available in this area. Important notice regarding usage of Linens : 1. We request the guests to please use the Towels provided only for bathing purpose and not as a Floor Mat Or wiping your shoes, baggage etc 2. Please refrain from eating, snaking, drinking on the double bed in the bedroom/sofa bed. Food stains on fresh white Bedding provided is very difficult for us to remove at the time of laundry, it requires additional effort, please use the bar top, dining table at the time of having meals.
