But wait, it gets better...there is 3+ acres of outdoor space including a full-size pool and hot tub. Enjoy your meals at the 2 outdoor dining areas! The space Casa Santa Cruz is situated on 3 acres of lush and mature greenery. The home is an authentic New Mexico style home with vigas. There is a full-size pool and hot tub that seats 4. There are 2 large outdoor dining areas with seating for 9 people. *ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED* *Pool is available between May 1-October 1* Pool is usually heated to 75. If you would like pool to be heated to 82 degrees we charge a $75 fee per day. You can let us know what you desire when booking. Master bedroom: king bed, private bathroom with a tub and shower, private and direct access to courtyard area. Plenty of space for storage of clothes (dresser) *Guest bedroom #1 (yellow room) - queen bed, private bathroom with a tub and shower, private and direct access to the courtyard area. *Guest bedroom #2 - 2 double beds, air mattress, private bathroom with 2 sink area, tub and shower. Private casita - king bed, seating area, private bathroom with shower and bathtub, closet area. Sunroom - sofa and chairs, yoga mats Guest access You may access the entire property WITH THE EXCEPTION of the chapel area. Other things to note Pool - pool is generally heated to 75 however if you would like the pool heated to 82 degrees we can do that for a fee of $75/day. Please inform the host of this request (via an Airbnb message) at the time of booking so we can ensure the temperature is at your desired temp.
