Our home is the perfect sunny oasis to relax and unwind, and now featuring pool solar heating! The house is fully remodeled and includes an open floor plan with updated kitchen, floors, furniture, appliances, and decorations. The entire home has A/C and heating capabilities to make your stay with us comfortable and relaxing. Whether you plan on staying in or going out, this home is a perfect getaway for your family and friends! Please note before inquiring, we maintain a strict no party policy, including no bachelor or bachelorette parties. This home is equipped with high speed internet and wifi, a 65” OLED TV with Apple TV, and large capacity washer and dryer! The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your family to shine, including full set of All-Clad pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, smart gas stove, and more. New wood laminate flooring throughout the house and fully remodeled bathrooms. The living room and kitchen open to the back yard with beautiful pool and resort style outdoor patio seating. Solar heating on the pool to make your swim refreshing and comfortable! There is space in the driveway for 2 cars, and plenty of street parking nearby. Located 5 minutes from incredible hiking in Mission Trails Regional Park; 10 minutes from luxury shopping at Fashion Valley or the new SnapDragon Stadium; 15 minutes from the airport, downtown nightlife and Petco Park, world famous San Diego Zoo, and SeaWorld; 15-20 minutes from Mission, Pacific, and La Jolla beaches; and 30 minutes from LegoLand and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. (Estimated times subject to traffic) Or better yet, skip the traffic and head outside to your serene poolside paradise, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip and lounge the day away. Soak up the sun or relax under the shade of a beautiful cedar pergola. And be sure to enjoy your meals outdoors at the outdoor dining table! KITCHEN / DINING Remodeled modern and open layout, brand new stainless kitchen appliances, bar seating. This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook great meals: pots, pans, coffee pot, oven, microwave, wine opener, dinnerware, utensils, lemon AND lime press, olive and avocado oil and spices for you to use. The main dining table seats 6-8 people. There is also a breakfast bar that sits 4 people, and a conversation nook perfect for coffee or reading. FAMILY ROOM / GYM The bright main living area includes a comfortable couch and a 65” Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV, and Peloton (add to our streak!) for your personal use. There is a Tour de France stationary bike, dumbbells, and two yoga mats and blocks available for your use. Please only use exercise equipment you are familiar with, and never lift more than you can handle. POOL / BACKYARD The beautiful backyard includes an awesome pool with ample seating, including loungers, Adirondack chairs, and comfy couch nestled under a shaded pergola, and an outdoor dining table that comfortably seats 6. There's almost no reason to go inside! Recently installed solar heating to extend the swim season and make your dip even more enjoyable! Please note that during the cooler winter months, the solar heating will not be able to achieve hot-tub-like temperatures, as it can only achieve 10-ish degrees above ambient temps and is dependent on sun intensity. There is also a propane BBQ grill available on the side of the house, but filling the propane tank is your responsibility, multiple filling options nearby. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (3 BEDROOMS) The master bedroom includes a King size bed, custom closet with luggage stand, night stands, and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed, custom closet with luggage stand, night stands, ceiling fan, and easy access to the other full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The third bedroom has a luxurious day bed with Twin mattress and trundle bed with Twin mattress, ceiling fan, custom closet with luggage stand, night stand, and a desk with office chair if you need to sneak away from the fun to do a little work. Here you will also find lots of fun games available for your family to enjoy the evenings or keep you entertained on that rare rainy day. Finally, here you will find a pack-and-play with sheets and a collapsible high chair. The living room has a Queen size pull out bed with soft sheets, new pillows, and ceiling fan. LAUNDRY / GARAGE In the garage, there is a large capacity Washer and Dryer; Dryer includes a quick steam function for refreshing wrinkled clothes (we use this almost daily!); you will also have access to an iron and ironing board, and you will be provided with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. This is also where you will find our beach kit with beach chairs, umbrella, blanket, and cooler. Also in the garage is the owners' storage area, hidden behind room dividers. This area is OFF LIMITS to guests, and does have a camera for monitoring for our privacy. This camera cannot view the laundry area to respect your privacy, and we thank you for respecting ours! WELCOME KIT You will be provided with a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher pods. This is usually enough for most stays, however, there are multiple grocery stores within a few minutes drive if you need to resupply. The refrigerator will have basic condiments available, and we provide coffee supplies. Guest access Guests will have full access to the interior of the home and backyard. There is a section of the garage that has been blocked off by room dividers behind which is the owners' storage area. This area is OFF LIMITS to guests, and is monitored by a security camera (camera has no view of guest areas). Garage door will be disabled and is not to be opened at any time. Other things to note ******PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING****** SPECIAL POOL INFORMATION: *When using the pool at our property, we kindly ask you to keep and leave the pool in the same condition as it was when you arrived. No food or drink is allowed in the pool at any time. Please be careful and make sure not to throw trash of any sort in the pool. We have a weekly pool cleaning service, but if for any reason we must arrange an extra visit due to damage or trash in the pool, you could be subject to an automatic $1000+ fine. The pool does have multiple children’s life jackets available but it does not have safety covers and is not surrounded by any additional fencing or gates. Adults must ensure safety for their kids by always being present and attentive. No diving is permitted in the pool. The pool has solar heating, which means it has the capacity to get up to 10 degrees warmer than the air temperature but there is not complete control of water temperature. GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: *This is our personal home and a property that we take pride in. The property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them. *No loud music or parties. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. No exceptions. Absolutely no gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND. This is both a city and personal policy. *Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit. By booking, you agree that there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no additional visitors during your stay. Any undisclosed guest will be charged $100 dollar per night, for each additional guest, or you may be asked to leave the property without a refund. CLASSY GUEST POLICY: *No smoking on the premises. Please dispose of trash in the appropriate bins located outside the garage side door. *This is a very clean home, we ask that you please remove your shoes while indoors. *Have an awesome time.
