Other things to note Only 2 sets of COMPLIMENTARY guest kits/toiletries and towels are given for all guests. Towels can be given depending on the request and availability. Guest access Swimming pools, gyms, basketball and badminton courts are available all year round from 6am-10pm but you need pass from the admin to use it. Passes are available at the admin office for Php150 per head per day. - Admin office operating hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm Sat 9am - 1 pm (excluding holidays). For guests who will check in during Saturdays and Sundays, we can ask the housekeeper to avail the pool pass in advance with a charge of 50 pesos per head. Other things to note Other fees and charges: - Early check-in and extension: Php150 per hour, subject to availability on the day. - Extra bath towel/ bath mat/ pillowcase: Php100 - Extra duvet cover/ fitted sheet: Php200 - Extra guest kits: Php50 - Room service (cleaning, changing sheets, bed linens, and bath towels): Php550 - For guests checking in on Saturdays and Sundays, we can arrange for pool passes in advance with a queuing fee of Php50 per head, in addition to the Php150 pool pass fee. Note: Aside from the consumables, all items (furniture, appliances, etc.) are rentals. Damaged or lost items will be charged accordingly.
