The space The house is located in the Los Gallos Urbanization, less than a 10-minute drive to one of the best beaches on the Cadiz coast, La Barrosa. In the house you will find all kinds of amenities to spend a great vacation. A fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric and Italian coffee maker, and all kinds of kitchenware (except an oven). A toilet on the ground floor and a large and magnificent living room of about 45 m2, which has air conditioning, large windows, a 5 m corner sofa, smart TV and access to digital platforms for children and adults, high-speed Wi-Fi, large dining table and access to the garden. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds respectively, a third bedroom with a double bed and built-in closet, and a fourth bedroom, which you will fall in love with because of its magnificent views of the natural park's marshes. This bedroom has air conditioning, a large built-in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a second full bathroom on the first floor landing. All rooms have mosquito nets and fans. Once in the garden, our guests can enjoy a 3.5x7.5m private pool, barbecue, and a large table under an awning where they can enjoy a good meal with family and friends. On the front porch, you will find enough space to park two vehicles, although in the residential development there are no parking problems. We hope you like it and enjoy it!
