A bright, spacious room in lovely South Croydon. We are close to the Purley Way, central Croydon and East Croydon station. There are restaurants, bars, pubs, coffee shops and super markets all with in a 10 minute walk. Central Croydon and East Croydon Station a short bus ride away with bus stops right outside. Trains from East Croydon go directly into London in 20 minutes and to Gatwick Airport in 30 minutes. The space The room is bright, spacious and comfortable with a king size bed, it's own bathroom and kitchenette. There is also fast WiFi, TV with Virgin Media (sports and movies included) and Netflix. The bathroom has an electric shower, bath, WC and basin. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge plus crockery and cutlery. There is a table and chairs for you to eat at or use as a workspace. There is no smoking in the house but guests are welcome to use the garden. We have a travel cot that is available upon request. Guest access Guests will have access to the entrance hall and stairs with the room located on the first floor. You are welcome to use the drive as we have plenty of off street parking and the garden. Other things to note We have a cat so we do not allow other pets, guide dogs excluded of course. We also have security cameras in the communal areas only.
